Alice Oseman: The 'Heartstopper' series

First two very closely followed by series  – the sympathetic art teacher only main change – but having read all suspect that he will feature much more in the next series

Only thing that made TV series better was fact that butterflies in pastel colours while graphic novel all B & W

I loved the drawing style which had definite anime characteristics of faces – small chins and mouths the latter often being very expressive, and slightly larger eyes – but not done to excess. And very clever how the boys cast do actually look like the way they were originally drawn.

I hope that Netflix series 2 will be as faithful to the original as the first series was. But there is going to be one more, final volume; will that be out and included in Netflix series 2? Big question…
