I have only dipped in to these but the value of the book is in the nature of the re-telling, not the re-telling itself. Only on a few occasions does the tweaking/reworking the story to be far more inclusive seem over-effortful. But it is the existence of the book that is really valuable, rather than the actual contents to be honest, particularly here in Hungary and now.
