This was good and involving fun. There was a fine cast of strongly drawn and vivid characters (and what fun to see Mia Farrow again) and the (still unexplained) story was entertainingly unfolded with a steady but convincing change of possible solutions and suspects. The fact that it remained unsolved did in fact work, frustrating though that may be. I was also impressed, particularly towards the end, at how obsessed the main characters became, particularly the husband. This seemed highly plausible and it gave a little more depth to the story so that it did not just become a puzzle to be solved (or not solved), in this case.
