Very decently enjoyable thriller. The two story lines, past and present, are well integrated and the gradual revelation of the truth of the summer camp events is very smartly done. The tempo of the summer camp storyline is quicker and more edgy than the present-day resolution - which is understandable as the camp events involve impetuous teenagers while the modern-day solving of the mystery is done by mature, more introspective adults.
I also mch enjoyed the soundtrack, most signifcantly featured in the present-day storyline; I am not sure how I would describe the sort of music used/created but it played a significant part and often for more sustained periods of time than usual in TV series - particularly thrillers. It manged to both mirror and enhance the emotional situations and thoughts of the characters.
A satisfying resolution too th.at gives emotional power without lurching into the swamp of sentimentality.
