Bros: Rather more than the PR tag-line ‘a gay rom-com’ would imply.

This was a lightly enjoyable film. The two central will they/won’t they commitment-phobes (n different ways) were decently drawn and depicted characters who did have some depth and interest and were not irritatingly vapid.

The lives that they led were interestingly depicted and the thread of the setting up of an LGBTQ+ museum was effectively done (with a very amusing scene with Debra Messing which managed to poke fun at characters whom gay men were, often inexplicably, obsessed with.

Worth some of your time.

Spiderman: No Way Home. Marvellously engaging and, finally, a good third Spiderman film.

All Quiet on the Western Front. Traumatically powerful but less individual focus compared to past versions.
