This was great fun. Tightly written and with good narrative drive without feeling rushed, it made deserved fun of many tropes and genres, including a very funny ‘Twilight’ parody – and although that is very easy, it was well done here.
The teens were the usual mixture of types (bullying jock/outsider girl/nerd etc.) and the performances were done with a little twinkle in the eye which made it clear the ac tors knew exactly what was going on but it did not become self-consciously arch.
Good light fun. And eve n in jokey pieces like this, the hotness of the actors is again, considerable and admirable!
