This was an excellent follow-up to the opening of the two-artist show recently attended and it was good to have the chance to focus on one artists with thoughtful and intelligent comments on a four of the paintings with responses from the artists themselves. It’s relatively, unusual, I think to find an artist who is happy to stand up and engage in discusion about the meaning/significance of their work and this evening was an exemplary example of the benfits of this.
The evnt was held under thr auspices pf the invaluable Young Generation series which gives such super support and encouragement to young artists at the stage in the burgeoning careers when it can be most valuable.
As ever, an excellent evening in one of my favourite Budapest galleries.
