A fascinating film of a famous and fascinating experiment. There drama comes not from what will happen ( I think the outcomes are, even if only in a very general sense, well known) but from the individuals responses to what is happening to them and others...and to the reactions of the scientists involved.
It's effectively filmed, with smart and striking use of intense close ups towards the end just before the experiment is terminated.
One term used I did not understand an ' independent variable' but I am sure my scientific colleagues, KT Stokes or Elen Haf could explain.
