A good premise for bringing together a disparate mix of individuals in one location (‘guardians’ in a disused building – very Millenial). Clearly drawn characters whose relationships have the whiff of authenticity and where the humour arises from character and situation, not forced circumstances. Relationships develop well too and clearly has potential for subsequent series (which there are, I understand). Only occasionally do we get the forced ‘shocking’ humour of Waller-B but it does not detract from the success of the show overall.
