As excellent as ever. There was nicely tight plotting and the pace, neither sluggish not rushed, was well and grippingly maintained. The character drawing for good and we learnt more about some of the central characters from the preceding two series.
The music played a significant part in propelling the drama (although I am still somewhat puzzled by the use of the term ‘pensive’ that is applied in the subtitles to a wide range of mood music) and the scenery not only confirmed my desire to go to Iceland, but provided a dramatic emotional and physical backdrop to the action.
