This was a magically powerful and peaceful experience in the massive, underground re-used fuel storage tank that has been changed into a powerfully significant display area. It recalls, in the best way, the Turbine Hall of Tate Modern. This installation made use of sound and video, both creatively used and not in any sort of clichéd way as is too often the case. It was very quiet when I visited and the atmosphere of the place along with the installation elements made for a wonderfully peaceful experience – a marvelous way to mark my departure from Australia. The Facebook pictures give some sense of this but not, tbh, in a greatly meaningful way; which is good.
